LAFAB Solutions is hiring Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and build strong relationships with customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Minimum of a Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) . A certificate or short course in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage. Welcome Fresh Graduated in 2025, We can supply Training.
Experience:
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, Experience in solar or lighting products is a bonus but not required. Welcome Fresh Graduated in 2025, We can supply Training.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and ability to talk to different types of people.
- Willingness to learn about solar and lighting products.
- Energetic, self-driven, and eager to meet sales targets.
- Able to work independently and visit clients in the field.
