About the Role

Hariss International Limited is seeking experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operators to join our Transport Department. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in forklift operations within a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Department: Transport
Reports To: Forklift Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.
• Ensure the accurate storage and relocation of merchandise without causing damage.
• Conduct daily inspections and perform basic maintenance on the forklift.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment at all times.
• Pick and stage orders efficiently to meet internal customer service standards.
• Monitor stock rotation and assist in stocktaking and physical inventory activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation as required.
• Support warehouse security and uphold safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of a Certificate in a relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a busy industrial or warehouse environment.

Key Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with the appropriate class for operating forklifts.
• Defensive driving training certification is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high performance.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
