Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tasty, well-balanced meals for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Work closely with nutritionists to meet special dietary needs (e.g. diabetic, pediatric, soft diets).
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
- Manage kitchen supplies and help minimize waste.
- Lead and support the kitchen team to ensure meals are ready on time.
- Bring care and creativity into every plate because food is part of healing.
