Pilau City is seeking a friendly, attentive, and reliable Waitress / Cashier to support daily restaurant operations, customer service, and payment processing.

Position Details

• Job Title: Waitress / Cashier
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Sector: Hospitality / Food Service
• Duty Station: Kampala (Ntinda – Kigoowa Road)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and accurately collect payments.
• Greet and escort customers to their tables.
• Take food and drink orders clearly and correctly.
• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests.
• Remain attentive to customer needs in the dining area.
• Maintain basic knowledge of restaurant operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Between 23 and 25 years of age.
• At least one year of experience working as a Waitress or Cashier.
• Pleasing personality with good customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
