Job Overview
Zembo Motorcycles SMC Limited seeks a proactive Telesales Supervisor to lead and manage its telesales team. This role focuses on driving quality lead generation, converting leads into sales, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead generation and conversion to sales.
- Supervise, motivate, and coach the telesales team.
- Provide training and performance feedback.
- Track sales performance and metrics.
- Manage CRM systems and sales tools effectively.
- Maintain a strong customer focus to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve sales processes.
Success Indicators
- Sales team consistently hits or exceeds targets.
- Achieve 150 bike sales within first 3 months.
- Increase lead-to-sale conversion rate.
- Improve team productivity and reduce turnover.
- High customer satisfaction from telesales calls.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years telesales experience, with 1-2 years in supervision.
- Strong knowledge of sales funnels, lead generation, and closing techniques.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team toward targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and data analysis basics.
