About the Trainee Program

The Supply Chain Trainee Program 2025 by Coca-Cola Beverages Africa is a structured, full-time development initiative designed to prepare bright, young graduates for successful careers within our supply chain operations. This entry-level program provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional growth in key functions such as production, logistics, procurement, quality assurance, and supply planning. This is an exciting opportunity to join Africa’s largest Coca-Cola bottler and gain exposure to global best practices, innovation, and impactful operations that serve millions of customers across the continent.

Location

This program will be based at our facilities in Kampala, Uganda.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Applicants must hold a First-Class or Second-Class Upper Degree.
• Eligible candidates should have completed their undergraduate studies between 2023 and 2025.
• Must be between 22–25 years old at the time of application.
