Description
Bank of Africa is hiring a Strategic Project Manager to provide end to end project management for the Bank’s projects and special programs; deliver strategic support to implementation; and serve as a strategic advisor to the bank management on all related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities;
Emphasis is on the Portfolio, as opposed to individual projects; and strategy
Required Skills and Qualifications;

- Projects’ Portfolio Monitoring
- Projects’ Portfolio Planning
- Projects’ Portfolio Governance
- Projects’ Portfolio Operational Leadership and Execution
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Business, Finance or a Related Degree (Masters- Desirable).
- Professional certifications including PMP and Prince 2, MS Office Suite.
- 5 years relevant working experience
- Management experience of individual projects and project portfolio ideally working with Financial Services.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.
- Good business acumen
- Great leadership and Communication skills
- Good Analytic skills
- Good understanding of project management office operations ,methodologies and tools
- Personal commitment to meet or exceed all targets and objectives.
- Utmost professional integrity.
