Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor students in the assigned discipline.
- Develop training programs aligned with students’ age and skill levels.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and positive sportsmanship.
- Identify and nurture talent through structured practice sessions.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge and strong understanding of the specific sport or discipline.
- Passion for mentoring and working with students.
- A coaching license is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well with students and staff.
