About the Role

Hotel Horizon is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Executive to drive our digital engagement and enhance our brand visibility online. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing media strategies, managing content calendars, and optimizing all our social media channels to improve reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create engaging, original content—copy, graphics, and short videos—to promote brand awareness and customer interaction.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to ensure content is relevant and timely.
• Engage with online audiences through comments, direct messages, and community management.
• Analyze performance metrics using social media analytics tools and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to align digital strategies with the hotel’s broader marketing goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills for diverse social media platforms.
• Excellent understanding of social media optimization (SMO) and media planning.
• Knowledge of tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
