Job Summary
Aldelia is hiring a Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company’s presence across key digital and social media platforms. This role focuses on showcasing a manufacturing firm’s products, processes, innovations, and brand values to customers, partners, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will combine creativity with structured execution, and will communicate technical information accurately while keeping it engaging and audience-friendly. The Social Media Executive will collaborate with production, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to gather updates, verify details, and publish consistent messaging that strengthens awareness and trust in the brand.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing and business objectives.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube, including posts, images, short videos, reels, and stories.
- Translate technical manufacturing concepts, industrial products, and production processes into clear, engaging, and audience-friendly content that informs without confusing.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to gather accurate content, product updates, safety highlights, certification milestones, and innovation stories.
- Manage day-to-day social media activity, including monitoring comments, responding to messages, and supporting community engagement in a professional, brand-safe tone.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry developments relevant to manufacturing and B2B communication, and propose content opportunities based on insights.
- Track performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports covering reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, click-throughs, and content performance by platform.
- Support employer branding by highlighting workplace culture, safety practices, staff achievements, CSR efforts, quality standards, and company certifications where applicable.
- Assist with digital campaigns, product launches, trade shows, corporate announcements, and partnerships by producing campaign content and coordinating publishing schedules.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications, including tone, visuals, and messaging, and maintain compliance with internal guidelines and approvals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management. B2B or manufacturing experience is an advantage.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms.
- Strong visual communication skills and good judgement for selecting images and video angles that tell a story.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing, industrial products, or technical environments, or strong willingness to learn quickly and ask the right questions for accuracy.
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools to schedule content and track results.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work with deadlines, and maintain attention to detail, especially for technical content.
