Info-Code Consults Limited is looking for a passionate and creative Social Media and Graphic Design Specialist to manage our digital presence and visual branding. If you're skilled in social media engagement and experienced in graphic design using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced IT firm in Uganda.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and post engaging and relevant content across all major social media platforms.
• Design high-quality visual content including posters, flyers, banners, and social media creatives using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Develop and implement strategic social media plans to grow the company's digital presence and customer base.
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages and feedback, and foster community interactions online.
• Analyze customer behavior and feedback across platforms and provide actionable insights to improve brand interaction.
• Continuously track performance metrics to refine content strategies and boost visibility and engagement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of a Diploma or higher in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Marketing, or IT.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media management and graphic design.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Strong creativity with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset to interpret user engagement and recommend improvements.
• A proactive team player with a passion for social media trends and digital communication.
