Human Capital Business Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial guidance to project teams, monitor financial performance, identify risks, and make actionable recommendations. The role involves financial planning, budgeting, financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and research, contributing to organizational objectives such as profit maximization, cost optimization, correct pricing, and working capital management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing annual and quarterly business plans and operating plan presentations.

• Perform replacement margin analysis and recommend selling price adjustments in consultation with business heads.

• Collaborate with teams to calculate and monitor savings from planned initiatives with operations/business heads.

• Support working capital management by optimizing inventories, receivables, and other assets.

• Prepare monthly flash reports by the 3rd working day post month-end and deliver to the Commercial Finance Controller.

• Develop financial models, business cases, and feasibility studies for new initiatives and cost-saving strategies.

• Prepare monthly business performance presentations for each category, value stream, and business unit.

• Reconcile management profit and loss accounts to detect and close gaps.

• Conduct Opex analysis, calculate yield/production losses, and communicate with operations and manufacturing teams.

• Review the landed-cost matrix to ensure accurate material costing and update standard costs.

• Attend Material Requirements Planning (MRP) meetings and validate purchase orders in line with plans.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.

• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role; experience in the Food and Beverages sector is advantageous.

• Professional accounting certifications preferred: ACCA, CMA, ICWA, CA, or CPA.

• Understanding of SAP ERP systems is an added advantage.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Result-oriented and detail-focused.
