RCS Consults is hiring a dedicated Security Officer – CCTV Monitoring to help ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property at a 5-star luxury hotel. The role involves monitoring surveillance systems, detecting security threats, and coordinating appropriate responses. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals experienced in hotel or facility security who are alert, discreet, and tech-savvy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to identify security breaches or suspicious activities.
• Maintain constant surveillance of hotel zones including public areas, entrances, exits, and restricted zones.
• Promptly report incidents to the Security Manager and document findings accurately.
• Coordinate with on-site security teams for quick incident response.
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functional and report technical issues as needed.
• Keep detailed logs of observations, incidents, and maintenance checks.
• Uphold guest and employee privacy by adhering to strict confidentiality standards.
• Support investigations by providing relevant footage and reports.
• Participate in emergency response including evacuations, fire drills, and medical emergencies.
• Comply with hotel and national security protocols and policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: High School Certificate or equivalent; formal security or CCTV training is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in security, preferably in the hospitality or CCTV surveillance field.
• Certifications: CCTV operation certification is an added advantage.
• Technical: Proficient in CCTV system operation, computer use, and report writing.
• Traits: High integrity, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and calmness under pressure.
• Availability: Must be willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
