Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of executing sales strategies and achieving business goals across your assigned territory. Your core duties will include:

Proactively selling and promoting the company’s range of FMCG products to wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.

Achieving and exceeding set monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Developing and nurturing relationships with existing clients while scouting for new business opportunities.

Conducting regular field visits to retail and distribution outlets to assess product performance, gather customer feedback, and monitor competitor activity.

Ensuring effective product visibility and placement at all retail and distribution points.

Collaborating with the sales supervisor and the marketing team to implement promotional activities and brand campaigns.

Preparing and submitting timely reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
✅ Required Qualifications & Skills
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must demonstrate experience in sales and a passion for engaging directly with customers and retailers.
Educational Background:
-
A Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
Work Experience:

1–3 years of field sales experience in the FMCG industry is a strong advantage.

Previous experience working with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors is preferred.
Core Competencies:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

High level of self-motivation and initiative.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Must be willing and able to travel within the assigned territory.
