Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of executing sales strategies and achieving business goals across your assigned territory. Your core duties will include:

• Proactively selling and promoting the company’s range of FMCG products to wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.

• Achieving and exceeding set monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Developing and nurturing relationships with existing clients while scouting for new business opportunities.

• Conducting regular field visits to retail and distribution outlets to assess product performance, gather customer feedback, and monitor competitor activity.

• Ensuring effective product visibility and placement at all retail and distribution points.

• Collaborating with the sales supervisor and the marketing team to implement promotional activities and brand campaigns.

• Preparing and submitting timely reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

✅ Required Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must demonstrate experience in sales and a passion for engaging directly with customers and retailers.

Educational Background:

• A Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

Work Experience:

• 1–3 years of field sales experience in the FMCG industry is a strong advantage.

• Previous experience working with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors is preferred.

Core Competencies:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• High level of self-motivation and initiative.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Must be willing and able to travel within the assigned territory.
