We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Can convince a chicken to buy fertilizer (even though it doesn’t grow maize).
- Has charisma, drive, and just enough madness to make things happen.
- Can pitch bio-fertilizer with scientific confidence – and local humor.
- Isn’t afraid of the sun, mud, or long village walks.
- Owns a motorbike (or can walk like they’re on a mission from nature).
- Can communicate clearly in English and local languages.
- Isn’t afraid of feedback, field reports, or WhatsApp group chaos.
What You'll Be Doing Daily
You’ll spend most of your time in the field – visiting farms, speaking with dealers, building trust, and closing deals. You’ll also attend team check-ins, submit daily activity reports, gather product feedback, and help farmers understand why poop-free bio-fertilizer is the future. - Have experience in agri-sales, rural marketing, or FMCG distribution.
- Understand soil health, organic farming, or climate-smart agriculture.
- Have managed dealer networks or farming cooperatives before.
