The Sales Officers will play a critical role in expanding the institution’s customer base by promoting and selling normal bank products. Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively market and sell normal bank products to new and existing clients.
  • Identify potential customers through field visits, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Educate clients on available financial products and services and guide them through the account opening process.
  • Support onboarding of new clients and ensure accurate completion of required documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets in line with institutional goals.
  • Conduct regular field activities to promote brand visibility and customer awareness.
  • Provide feedback from the field to support product improvement and customer service enhancement.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while conducting sales activities.
  • Prepare and submit basic sales activity reports as required by supervisors.
  • Participate in training sessions, meetings, and performance reviews.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Diploma, Degree, or Certificate in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • A credit in English and Mathematics is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in Luganda, both spoken and written.
  • Applicants should be aged between 20 and 28 years.
  • Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Self-driven, professional, and passionate about working in the field.
  • Minimum of six months’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic understanding of financial products is an added advantage.
