Role Summary

We are seeking a Sales Intern to join our Growth Team and help onboard tourism businesses in Kampala. You'll support sales outreach, account setup, and community engagement to drive the adoption of Tripesa’s tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard hotels, travel agents, tour operators, and restaurants.
• Open and manage client accounts on the Tripesa platform.
• Promote Tripesa’s digital tools to increase client visibility and growth.
• Support sales outreach, activations, and performance reporting.
• Serve as the local face and voice of Tripesa in your tourism community.

Key Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or IT.
• Residing in a tourism-active hub (Kampala).
• Passion for digital solutions and local tourism development.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Organized and self-driven.
• Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, and digital marketing platforms.
• Outgoing and proactive in engaging businesses.
