Project Background: DolPHIN-3 Project

The DolPHIN-3 Project (Work Package 1 and Work Package 2) is a research initiative designed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of injectable antiretroviral therapy among postpartum women living with HIV. The study combines clinical trial components with health systems research to generate evidence that improves HIV treatment outcomes during the postpartum period.

The project emphasizes participant-centered research approaches, ethical conduct, and rigorous data quality standards. The Research Assistant will play a key role in ensuring successful implementation of study activities.

Position Summary

IDI is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support the DolPHIN-3 Project. The role involves conducting qualitative and quantitative data collection, supporting participant recruitment and pre-screening, transcribing interviews, and participating in data quality assurance activities.

The successful candidate will work closely with the study team to ensure that all research activities are implemented in accordance with approved protocols, ethical guidelines, and institutional requirements.

This position is particularly suitable for individuals with experience in peer mother support and mixed-methods research within academic or health research settings.
