Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis to ensure products and services are delivered through effective and efficient business processes.
- Provide specialist Process Engineering input into the development and maintenance of the Process Science Framework.
- Ensure alignment of strategy, policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, training, metrics, and governance with international best practices.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver comprehensive reporting to enable transparency and effective decision-making.
- Develop and gain consensus on a process roadmap covering short-, medium-, and long-term execution imperatives.
- Drive year-on-year step-change improvements in process performance.
- Design and deliver practical solutions using structured process improvement disciplines.
- Execute, monitor, track, and report on end-to-end process performance to demonstrate value to the organisation.
- Identify and quantify process improvement opportunities through intelligent analysis of processes, organisational design, and strategy.
- Lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives to deliver agreed financial and operational benefits.
- Promote a strong process-thinking culture across the organisation.
- Build and develop process teams by strengthening skills, knowledge, and professional attitudes.
Qualifications

Experience Requirements
Operations Solutions Management
- Three to four years of experience in operations or solutions management.
- Strong understanding of banking processes, products, data, and systems.
Business Process Management
- Five to seven years of experience in business process management.
- Experience in process modelling, innovation, analysis, design, engineering, improvement, and documentation.
- Experience with quality assurance, analysis tools, systems, and workflow solutions.
Technical Competencies
