Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our engineering and maintenance team at the New Pearl Business Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining all plumbing systems and fixtures to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, drainage systems, fixtures, and fittings in commercial buildings.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve plumbing issues before they escalate.
• Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
• Respond quickly to plumbing emergencies and carry out immediate repairs.
• Ensure that all plumbing systems comply with national safety and building regulations.
• Coordinate with other maintenance and engineering teams for integrated facility support.
• Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and work completed.
• Advise management on potential system upgrades or replacements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Plumbing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in plumbing maintenance and installation, preferably in commercial or high-rise buildings.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices in plumbing and building maintenance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
