Job Summary

We are hiring 6 qualified and responsible Parking Cleaners to join our dedicated cleaning team at the New Pearl Business Park. This role is critical to ensuring that parking areas are kept clean, safe, and visually appealing. If you have experience in cleaning large outdoor or indoor spaces and are passionate about maintaining a clean environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sweep parking areas, driveways, ramps, and walkways within the New Pearl Business Park premises.
• Remove debris, litter, oil stains, and any waste materials from the parking zones.
• Ensure trash bins are emptied regularly and properly disposed of.
• Report any unusual spills, hazardous materials, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with other cleaning and maintenance staff to meet daily cleanliness targets.
• Ensure all cleaning tools and materials are used safely and stored properly after use.
• Be alert and responsive to cleaning emergencies or client requests related to parking area hygiene.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

• Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or its equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a commercial cleaning or outdoor maintenance role, preferably involving large premises or parking lots.
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive cleaning tasks in outdoor environments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks independently.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to act quickly and efficiently.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in cleaning public or vehicle-use areas.
