Sun King is hiring an Office Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for employees, customers, partners, and service providers, managing reception duties and a range of HR and administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
What You Would Be Expected to Do:
  • Receive visitors, customers, and employees with a positive, helpful attitude, providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist clients in navigating the office.
  • Maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and keeping visitor logs.
  • Prepare meeting and training rooms.
  • Assist HR colleagues with administrative tasks and perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Oversee administrative functions to ensure seamless operation of a busy office, including:
    • Contacting and managing vendors to ensure proper service delivery.
    • Coordinating timely payments to service providers.
    • Ordering office supplies and equipment.
    • Ensuring the office is clean and presentable at all times.
    • Coordinating office repairs.
    • Arranging flight bookings, taxi, and hotel reservations with team members.
    • Managing work permits and entry visa applications for staff.
  • Assist with recruitment (e.g., scheduling interviews) and onboarding of new employees.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
You Might Be a Strong Candidate If You:
  • Have a minimum of a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or any related field.
  • Have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an administrative-related role or similar position.
  • Are computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Are keen to deliver high standards of service.
  • Have excellent people skills.
  • Have good communication skills.
