Manager – Personal Assistant Relationship

Type: Full-time NCBA is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as Manager – Personal Assistant Relationship. The role focuses on growing the Personal Banking portfolio, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive service delivery and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow the Personal Banking portfolio to meet income and performance targets.
  • Prospect and onboard new clients by understanding their financial needs.
  • Cross-sell bank products such as bancassurance, digital banking, and asset finance.
  • Maintain and deepen existing client relationships through regular engagements.
  • Review and manage the business portfolio to reactivate dormant accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
  • Use CRM and Credit Quest systems effectively to improve turnaround time (TAT).
  • Train and mentor branch staff on products and relationship management.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to plan and execute sales activities.
  • Manage customer queries and ensure satisfactory resolution within service standards.
  • Ensure clean audit ratings through continuous compliance and control.
  • Monitor and manage non-performing loans (NPLs) to maintain a clean book.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. CPA, ACCA, or Credit Management certification is an added advantage.
  • Professional Skills: Credit skills, understanding of banking products, and CRM system knowledge.
  • Experience: 3–4 years in banking, with a focus on sales, customer service, or relationship management.
