We are hiring 2 Marketing Supervisors to join our team at the Nalukolongo Head Office. You will be responsible for driving market growth, supervising sales teams, developing integrated marketing strategies, and enhancing customer relationships.Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and product sales.
- Lead and monitor sales teams across assigned routes to meet set targets.
- Maintain client relationships and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis for strategic insights.
- Ensure timely revenue collection and account reconciliation.
- Coordinate with distribution, production, and quality control for optimal delivery.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and forums.
- Track campaign ROI, market trends, and submit performance reports.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- A Postgraduate Diploma or Master’s in Marketing or Strategic Management is an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing or sales supervision, preferably in FMCG.
- Experience with edible oils, soaps, plastics, or detergent sales is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems, and CRM tools is required.
- Professional training in Digital Marketing, Sales Management, or CRM is a plus.
Work Conditions
- Work Hours: 8 hours/day
- Duty Station: Nalukolongo, Kampala
