About the Role

Lapaire is seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Executive to strengthen brand visibility and execute impactful marketing strategies in Uganda. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Retail Marketing Manager and Country Operations Manager, helping bring Lapaire’s multi-channel marketing plans to life while growing brand awareness locally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and contribute to the execution of the country’s marketing plan.

  • Propose relevant marketing initiatives aligned with Lapaire’s brand strategy and market objectives.

  • Identify and negotiate with local service providers (e.g. printers, advertising agencies, media outlets).

  • Develop and adapt marketing materials tailored to the Ugandan market.

  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to brief sales teams on new campaigns.

  • Source, onboard, and manage local influencers and brand ambassadors.

  • Support brand partnerships and customer experience improvements.

  • Execute and monitor offline marketing campaigns and activations.

  • Drive digital community growth and engagement across all online platforms.

  • Provide regular and data-driven reports on marketing activities and campaign outcomes.


Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.

  • Strong background in project and campaign management, with the ability to deliver in a dynamic, evolving context.

  • Solid grasp of digital platforms, social media trends, and community engagement tools.

Compensation Package

  • Starting Gross Salary: UGX 1,500,000

  • Performance-Based Bonus: Up to UGX 300,000

  • Additional Benefits: Transportation & telecommunication allowance
