Coca-Cola Beverages Uganda is hiring a Manufacturing Clerk to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials according to the production schedule, maintain accurate records, track inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This position will also track production progress and address operational challenges.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Interpret production schedules and identify production requirements.
- Track and control packaging materials and finished products to ensure accurate handling and transfer.
- Perform timely and accurate data entry of all production-related records into business systems.
- Manage digital tax stamp activation and system updates (MSD).
- Conduct regular materials stock counts and usage reconciliations to ensure zero variance.
- Prepare and submit timely reports, including production KPIs, packaging performance, materials usage, and finished goods transfers.
- Ensure compliance with business systems, including internal quality, food safety (FSSC), and Coca-Cola standards.
- Promote and implement supply chain work practices to support system maturity and continuous improvement.
- Immediately report any activities or conditions that could compromise product quality or food safety.
- Minimum requirement: Diploma in Business Administration, International Business, Procurement, or any other related field.
- Minimum requirement: At least 2 years of working experience in a planning role within an FMCG environment.
- Knowledge of compliance, governance, and ethics.
- Computer literate (Excel proficiency).
