Position: Procurement & Logistics Assistant (Male)

As a Procurement & Logistics Assistant, you will work closely with the procurement and finance teams to manage the sourcing of materials, coordinate deliveries, ensure timely order processing, and maintain accurate procurement records.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Management:
  Source reliable suppliers and request competitive quotations.
  Prepare purchase orders and follow up on supplier deliveries.

• Inventory & Delivery Tracking:
  Monitor incoming goods and track shipping schedules.
  Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely stock movement.

• Supplier Relations:
  Build and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
  Ensure timely payment processing and documentation.

• Documentation & Reporting:
  Maintain accurate procurement and delivery records.
  Support audits and monthly reporting with updated logs and expense records.

• Systems Use & Compliance:
  Use accounting and logistics software (QuickBooks, Tally, Odoo) for data entry and procurement tracking.
  Ensure procurement practices align with company policies and industry standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Procurement, or a related field (Accounting/Finance is preferred).

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a procurement or logistics role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and at least one of the following accounting systems:

  • QuickBooks

  • Tally

  • Odoo

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

• Must be male, in alignment with the organization’s gender balance efforts for this role.
