We are currently looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Key Account Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving product visibility, and ensuring consistent revenue growth across assigned outlets in Kampala.

Job Purpose

The Key Account Sales Representative is responsible for executing sales duties in alignment with company objectives. This includes covering key accounts, managing pricing and promotions, supporting logistics and merchandising, and delivering top-notch customer service. The goal is to increase sales productivity, maintain client satisfaction, and support overall brand visibility in the market.

Key Job Roles and Responsibilities

Customer Coverage

  • Open new outlets in the Key Account (KA) market.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts.
  • Ensure 100% outlet visitation at the recommended schedule.

Productivity and Sales

  • Negotiate and secure new orders from customers during visits.
  • Follow up on payments and collect outstanding dues promptly.
  • Initiate and execute pro
