Platinum Credit Limited is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Agent based in Kabalagala. The Sales Agent role focuses on engaging clients, promoting and selling the company’s financial products, and building long-term professional relationships that deliver value to both the customer and the business. This opportunity suits a goal-driven professional who enjoys field and client-facing work, communicates clearly, and stays consistent in prospecting, follow-ups, and closing. Success in this role depends on discipline, integrity, strong product understanding, and the ability to guide clients through loan requirements and processes while delivering excellent customer service.Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and reach out to potential customers within assigned areas and target segments.
- Promote and sell Platinum Credit loan products by clearly explaining features, requirements, and benefits.
- Provide accurate product information and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build trust with clients through respectful engagement, transparency, and consistent follow-up.
- Support customers to understand loan terms, documentation needs, and the next steps in the application process.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by tracking leads, appointments, and outcomes.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and submit performance updates as required.
- Participate in training sessions to strengthen product knowledge, compliance awareness, and sales techniques.
- Keep proper records of prospecting activities, client interactions, and submitted applications.
- Protect client confidentiality and follow internal policies and procedures throughout the sales cycle.
- Support teamwork by sharing market feedback, customer insights, and ideas that improve service delivery.
Required Qualifications and Skills

- Communication skills: Communicate clearly and confidently in client engagements, calls, and follow-ups.
- Customer service: Build and maintain strong client relationships and handle inquiries professionally.
- Sales ability: Demonstrate a strong drive for results, with the discipline to meet set targets.

Experience and Professional Background
