Plan International is hiring a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer for the DGD Project. Under the overall guidance of the MERL Regional Coordinator and the Project Manager, the M&E Officer will design and implement M&E activities, support project reporting, maintain the project MIS, and lead the collection and analysis of program data. The role works closely with project teams, the Country Office program and MERL teams, district local government departments, and partners to ensure all M&E activities are implemented in a structured, comprehensive, and timely manner.
