Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support all computer hardware, printers, CCTV systems, and software applications.
• Troubleshoot and manage both Linux and Microsoft server environments.
• Configure and monitor LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, routers, and Active Directory.
• Implement and enforce security protocols across all systems and infrastructure.
• Manage backups for servers, test disaster recovery plans, and monitor systems daily.
• Perform regular system upgrades, software patching, and hardware upgrades.
• Ensure data confidentiality and maintain comprehensive ICT documentation.
• Support users with hardware/software issues and maintain uptime of all systems.
• Advise management on procurement of ICT hardware and software solutions.
• Review and manage logs, malware protection systems, and overall cybersecurity.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a similar IT Systems Administration role.
• Strong knowledge of computer networks, CCTV, firewalls, and operating systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with data backup tools, disaster recovery planning, and cybersecurity.
