2. HR Officer – Performance Management (1 Position)

3. HR Officer – Learning & Development (2 Positions)

These roles are ideal for seasoned HR professionals who are ready to support strategic HR functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the specific area of HR expertise.

• Strong working knowledge of Ugandan labor laws and employment regulations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
