Key Duties and Responsibilities
Hospitality and Safety
- Welcome students, parents, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage the reception and lobby environment to maintain a positive and organized first impression.
- Ensure compliance with school safety and security protocols for all visitors.
Admissions and Enrollment Support
- Support school enrollment by capturing and managing prospective parent and student leads.
- Conduct engaging school tours for prospective families.
- Proactively follow up with inquiries to support admissions targets.
Operational Excellence
- Manage student attendance records accurately.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure availability of administrative materials.
- Maintain organized records and front-office documentation.
Communication Hub
- Draft and distribute professional parent communications, notices, and announcements.
- Prepare and send SMS alerts and school updates.
- Respond promptly and accurately to social media and online inquiries.
Executive and Event Support
- Provide administrative support to the Head of School.
- Assist in planning and coordinating school events, orientations, and meetings.
- Support daily administrative tasks that ensure smooth school operations.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience
- At least two years of experience in a front desk, hospitality, or administrative role.
- Experience in the education sector is an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service and hospitality orientation.
