Position: Fleet & Customer Experience Associate
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Kampala, Uganda
Autochek Uganda, a leading automotive technology company transforming the car financing and vehicle ownership experience across Africa, is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fleet & Customer Experience Associate. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about fleet management, customer service, and automotive technology to make a meaningful impact in the mobility industry.
Key Responsibilities
As a Fleet & Customer Experience Associate, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth fleet operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and supporting daily fleet operations to ensure vehicles are well-maintained and efficiently utilized.

Handling customer interactions with professionalism and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Utilizing CRM systems to manage client inquiries, monitor requests, and maintain accurate records.

Generating reports and supporting data-driven decision-making for both fleet management and customer experience initiatives.

Assisting in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Collaborating with different teams to provide seamless customer experiences.

Handling problem resolution with analytical thinking and proactive solutions.
Technical Skills & Competencies
The ideal candidate should possess the following:

Strong organizational and process-focused skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in CRM systems for managing customer interactions effectively.

Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A customer-first mindset with the ability to build positive relationships.
Experience & Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year of work experience in either fleet management or customer service roles.

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport Management, Customer Service, or related field is an added advantage.

Knowledge of the automotive industry and fleet operations will be considered a plus.
