DEADLINE: 28th July 2025 Position: Finance Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Kampala, Uganda Pura Organic Agro Tech Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and support our mission of driving sustainable growth in Uganda’s agricultural and manufacturing sectors. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and relevant Ugandan regulations. Manage cash flow, treasury, and financial risk efficiently. Deliver strategic financial analysis to support decision-making for both farm and factory operations. Ensure compliance, internal controls, and continuous financial process improvement. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage). CPA (U) or ACCA qualification is mandatory. 5–10 years of progressive finance experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role. Proven track record in agriculture, agribusiness, or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
