Description
- Maintain organized, up-to-date documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support processing of payments, expense tracking, and management of petty cash.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and simple budget summaries.
- Conduct weekly cash reconciliations to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Support the Program Lead in quarterly budget preparation.
- Learn and apply Tiny Totos’ financial policies and compliance procedures.
- Assist in procuring goods and services for training and field operations in line with Tiny Totos’ guidelines.
- Track and manage office supplies, training materials, and field assets.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and visitors.
- Provide logistical support for events, bootcamps, and daycare training activities.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of services and goods.
- Maintain an updated inventory of the office assets and equipment in Uganda

- Comfortable juggling tasks in a small, dynamic team.
- Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in finance, admin, or logistics (internships or volunteer roles count!).
- Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
- Willingness to learn systems such as QuickBooks, Excel, and digital finance tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- High integrity and respect for financial accountability.
