MOGO Uganda, a subsidiary of Eleving Group, is looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented, and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in the Kotido and Moroto regions. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving regional growth targets by implementing effective sales strategies and providing leadership to the field sales team, especially our network of loan agents.

Key Responsibilities

As the Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving Sales Growth: Develop and execute robust sales strategies to meet and exceed performance targets within the assigned territory.

  • Market Analysis: Continuously analyze customer behavior, local market trends, and competitor activities to inform sales planning.

  • Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and support a team of loan agents, providing day-to-day guidance to enhance performance and achieve individual goals.

  • Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular reviews, evaluate KPIs, and implement strategic adjustments to optimize results.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.

  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and deliver training programs to improve product knowledge and sales capabilities among agents.

  • Conflict Resolution: Address internal and external sales challenges, resolve disputes, and implement preventive solutions.

  • Target Setting & Motivation: Set realistic sales goals and motivate the sales team through tailored incentives, recognition, and support.

  • Dealer Network Expansion: Onboard new dealer shops and train agents to expand reach and drive more sales within the region.


Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Minimum Diploma in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

  • At least 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the financial or mobility services sector.

  • Experience in a managerial or supervisory role in sales will be a significant added advantage.

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a distributed team toward achieving measurable business goals.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
