Position Overview

The Field Sales Executive and Promoter plays a crucial role in boosting product visibility, accessibility, and sales within designated territories. You will engage directly with retail partners and distributors to ensure excellent stock availability, promote SIM card sales, execute brand activation activities, and recruit new retailers. This position demands excellent communication, self-motivation, and field mobility.


Key Responsibilities

  • Retailer Stocking: Ensure retailers maintain sufficient stock levels to meet customer demand.

  • SIM Card Sales: Drive SIM card sales through active retailer engagement and support.

  • Tools of Trade: Ensure retailers have fully functional sales kits, including mantras and VPN tools.

  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with distributors and retailers to manage product availability effectively.

  • Brand Awareness: Promote and maintain strong brand visibility through signage and outlet branding within your territory.

  • Experiential Marketing: Execute on-the-ground experiential activities to stimulate SIM card sales and customer engagement.

  • Retailer Support: Provide regular retailer visits to offer service, training, and ensure product availability.

  • Retailer Recruitment: Identify and recruit new retail outlets to increase market penetration for LMU products.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with distributor and agent sales teams to meet sales targets and service levels.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the telecom sector or FMCG sales.

  • Must be under 30 years of age.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including report writing.
