Key Responsibilities

• Actively sell Turaco’s insurance products through field engagement with potential customers.
• Collaborate with partner sales teams and work within partner branch offices to generate leads.
• Explain product benefits, features, and enrollment processes clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
• Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
• Accurately document customer interactions, leads, and conversion outcomes using mobile or digital tools.
• Gather and share valuable feedback on customer behavior and market trends with the sales team.
• Participate in regular training, feedback, and coaching sessions to improve performance and skills.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in field sales is highly desirable, especially in insurance, financial products, mobile money, or FMCG industries.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work under minimal supervision in diverse environments.
• Digitally literate – must be able to use mobile tools and online systems to report and communicate.
• Professional appearance and conduct; trustworthy and dependable.
• Goal-driven personality who thrives on performance-based rewards.
• Willingness to travel within assigned locations across Uganda.
