As an External Sales Representative, you will be the face of the Lapaire brand on the ground, tasked with promoting services, educating potential clients, and driving customer footfall to our branches through proactive field engagement.

Key Responsibilities

As an External Sales Representative, you will be working closely with the Field Sales Executive and performing field operations aimed at brand promotion and customer conversion. Your responsibilities will fall under three main areas:

1. Promote Lapaire’s Products and Services

• Actively inform and educate communities about Lapaire’s services, including free eye tests and affordable, stylish eyeglasses.

• Increase brand visibility in the field by distributing flyers, speaking to local groups, and initiating conversations with individuals.

• Represent the Lapaire brand with integrity, professionalism, and a passion for helping others.

2. Drive Eye Tests and Meet Sales Targets

• Proactively approach individuals in various communities and convince them to visit the branch for an eye test.

• Clearly communicate the benefits of good eye health and Lapaire’s competitive offerings.

• Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets in terms of foot traffic and eye test bookings.

3. Customer Engagement and Field Relationship Building

• Establish strong local relationships with potential clients and community leaders.

• Understand and adapt to the local language, culture, and needs.

• Consistently maintain a high level of enthusiasm and commitment in all customer interactions.

Candidate Profile
