Job Overview

CMS is currently seeking to hire three qualified Electricians to join our Engineering department. The selected candidates will be tasked with installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems across the New Pearl Business Park. Ideal applicants should demonstrate strong technical knowledge, attention to safety, and hands-on experience in commercial electrical maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with local regulations and safety codes.
• Diagnose electrical malfunctions using appropriate testing devices and resolve system faults efficiently.
• Repair and upgrade electrical systems in offices, parking lots, elevators, and lighting systems.
• Ensure proper use of tools, cables, circuit breakers, and meters.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams for electrical installations.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, inspections, and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Respond to emergencies and power outages swiftly to minimize business disruption.
• Work in compliance with occupational safety and health standards to prevent electrical hazards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
• 5–7 years of professional experience as an electrician, preferably in commercial or industrial properties.
• Solid knowledge of electrical tools, terms, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints with accuracy.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physical fitness and readiness to work in high or confined spaces when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
