Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults on tube mill machines, including forming, welding, sizing, and cut-off equipment.
• Repair 3-phase motors, control wiring, and production equipment to maintain safe operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), PLC panels, transformers, and power systems.
• Test motors and cables to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Install conduit systems, cable trays, and industrial wiring according to electrical standards.
• Wire and configure control panels, motor starters, relays, overload protection, and safety systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems, HMIs, and sensors.
• Set up and repair AC/DC drives and soft starters.
• Inspect and maintain electrical panels, breakers, and power distribution systems.
• Maintain clear maintenance records and identify recurring issues to prevent downtime.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Prior experience in a tube mill or similar industrial manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to support and guide non-technical personnel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
