Digital Marketing Executive

Position: Digital Marketing Executive
Organization: VAAL Real Estate
Location: Uganda
Job Type: Full-time

VAAL Real Estate is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns, drive lead generation, and enhance brand awareness. This role is perfect for candidates with performance marketing expertise and strong analytical skills.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms, Google Ads, and other paid media channels.

  • Lead media buying and audience targeting strategies, ensuring cost-effective marketing outcomes.

  • Track and evaluate campaign performance using ROAS, CTR, CPL, and CPA metrics, compiling actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to update quarterly digital strategies.

  • Coordinate with external digital agencies for accurate campaign implementation.

  • Monitor competitor digital activities and recommend improvements.

  • Stay updated on platform changes, ad policies, and industry trends to improve targeting and spend efficiency.

  • Provide input on digital content and creative direction, guided by performance insights.

  • Support the marketing team in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.


Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital or performance marketing roles.

  • Proven success in running and optimizing paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools, A/B testing, and performance evaluation.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, ad dashboards, and tracking systems.

  • Up-to-date with digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
