VAAL Real Estate is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to perform the following duties and respinsibilities;

Digital Marketing Executive

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Plan, set up, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms, Google Ads, and other paid media channels.
  • Lead media buying and audience targeting strategies across digital platforms, ensuring cost – effective delivery of marketing objectives.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance using metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPL, and CPA, and compile clear reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and update the quarterly digital strategy.
  • Liaise with any engaged external digital agencies to ensure accurate implementation of paid media and performance strategies.
  • Monitor competitive digital activities and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, ad policy updates, and industry trends to continuously improve targeting and spend efficiency.
  • Provide input on content direction and digital creatives, guided by performance insights and audience behavior.
  • Support the wider marketing team in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion initiatives.
  Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
  • Proven success in running and optimizing paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset – confident with reporting tools, A/B testing, and performance evaluation.
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms, ad dashboards, and tracking systems.
  • Up-to-date with the latest tools, trends, and best practices in digital marketing, media buying, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
