RukaPay is hiring a Content Creator & Social Media Management Trainee to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities

As a Content Creator & Social Media Trainee at RukaPay, your duties will include:

• Developing, planning, and executing creative and engaging content (graphics, videos, and written content) for social media, the company website, and other digital platforms.

• Managing daily social media operations including posting schedules, community engagement, and responding to inquiries.

• Monitoring campaign performance, tracking analytics, and preparing reports on social media growth and engagement.

• Staying updated on emerging social media trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates.

• Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative campaign ideas.

• Ensuring brand consistency across all content by maintaining a uniform tone, style, and visual identity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or digital marketing trainee.

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a flair for engaging audiences.

• Solid skills in shooting and editing video content.

• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).

• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining creativity and originality.

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools) is a plus.
