Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly driven Client Growth Consultant to join our Soroti branch team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, people-oriented, and passionate about building lasting client relationships.Client Growth Consultant – Unifi Uganda | Jobs in Uganda Your primary responsibility will be to drive customer acquisition, promote Unifi’s personal lending products, and support financial inclusion in Uganda.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

• Identify and engage prospective customers through targeted marketing efforts.
• Develop a lead pipeline via networking, cold calling, flyer distribution, and referrals.
• Convert leads into active clients by offering suitable financial solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and educate potential customers about Unifi services.

Marketing & Outreach

• Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and awareness drives in the Soroti area.
• Participate in outreach events, activations, and community giveaways.
• Distribute marketing materials and gather insights from the field.
• Represent Unifi with professionalism at public events and exhibitions.

️ Administration & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, and customer interactions.
• Submit weekly and monthly performance and activity reports.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and team on outreach strategy.
• Support the branch with client onboarding and general administrative tasks.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Follow up with converted customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Collect client feedback and support improvements to our service delivery.
• Handle client queries professionally and in a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Entry-level candidate or recent graduate in business, marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse clients.
• Self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment.
• Well-organized and comfortable using digital tools.

Desirable Attributes

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Soroti’s business landscape and communities.
• Knowledge of mobile CRM systems or Excel for lead tracking.
• Creative, flexible, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
