Coca-Cola Beverages Uganda (CCBU) is seeking a Clerk – Raw Materials to manage the receipt, issuance, and proper accounting of stock in line with departmental procedures. This role ensures accurate material handling, compliance with operational standards, and supports smooth supply chain operations in a dynamic FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock Management

    • Manage, monitor, and control packaging materials and finished products.

    • Participate in daily, monthly, and annual stock counts and reconciliations.

    • Ensure proper handling, transfer, receipt, issuance, and storage of stock.

    • Monitor stock levels and reorder points, providing updates to relevant teams.

  • System & Documentation

    • Conduct ERP system transactions for all stock movements.

    • Maintain proper documentation, ensuring compliance with Supply Chain Way standards.

    • Maintain document integrity and control across all stock processes.

  • Compliance & Safety

    • Comply with SOPs, housekeeping, and safety protocols.

    • Escalate hazardous or risky situations to the EOSH coordinator.

    • Participate in food safety management system implementation and report issues to the SHEQ Manager.

  • Team Collaboration

    • Work with planning, production, finance, and support departments for seamless operations.

    • Supervise and coach loaders on their duties.

    • Ensure resources are available for deliveries and issuance of materials.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • At least 2 years of operational experience in stores management and material handling, preferably in an FMCG environment.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.

    • Customer-service oriented and team player.

    • Strong knowledge of stores management principles, planning, organizing, and controlling.

    • Compliance, governance, and document management skills.
