Job Summary

Platinum Credit is seeking five (5) experienced Branch Coordinators for its Logbook Finance Product. The Branch Coordinator will lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing sales team, oversee branch operations, and drive sales and marketing activities in the assigned region. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with leadership experience in the financial sector.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Source and secure new business opportunities within the assigned region.

• Achieve branch sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.

• Motivate, mentor, and maintain high energy levels in branch sales teams.

• Drive growth in the number of active Sales Representatives.

• Ensure retention and continuous engagement of Sales Representatives.

• Organize and deliver thorough training programs for sales teams.

• Supervise branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in sales and collections.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities for the branch.

• Ensure maximum supervision and efficiency of the allocated branch.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial institution.

• Strong knowledge of Asset Finance and the logbook loan sector.

• Proficient in computer applications.

• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.

• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
