About the Role

UAP Old Mutual Uganda is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bancassurance Relationship Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with bank partners to drive insurance sales and meet performance targets.

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or a similar financial services role.

• Possession of a Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Insurance.

• Additional professional certifications in insurance or financial services will be an added advantage.
