Qatar Airways is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Airport Services Agent to join our team at Entebbe International Airport. As a frontline team member, you will be responsible for delivering five-star service to all Qatar Airways customers while ensuring smooth, safe, and secure airport operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with check-in, transfer desks, and other airport units to ensure seamless passenger handling.

• Escort and guide arriving and departing passengers to hotel desks, visa counters, lounges, and boarding gates.

• Assist the Duty Officer in handling company documents, reports, and internal communications.

• Liaise with Ground Handling Agents (GHA) to ensure prompt processing of transfer and hotel accommodation passengers.

• Provide hands-on support to passengers throughout their journey within the airport environment.

• Supervise GHA staff during flights to ensure Qatar Airways’ service standards are met.

• Organize check-in counters, assist with documentation issues, and ensure compliance with security and safety protocols.

• Perform other related tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the airport service team.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Qualification or equivalent is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience, with at least 1 year in an airline, travel, or hospitality environment.

• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a high level of customer focus.

• Energetic, positive attitude and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• High computer literacy and comfort with airline systems and digital tools.
